Why did you choose your majors?
“I chose my majors because they are relevant to my desired career as a lobbyist. The criminology-philosophy major allows me to think of criminal justice through a philosophical point of view. This helps me become more open-minded in approaching difficult situations in the criminal justice field and it gives critical thinking skills. On the other hand, the communications major with a social influence will help me become an effective communicator. The ability to effectively communicate is a skill almost all employers are looking for and is extremely essential to my future occupation.”
